A Heartfelt Wish is a complete Wandering Tale quest in Where Winds Meet 2.3, set between Cloudside Village and the ascent to Mount Tai in the Qingzhou region. This guide shows how to help the pilgrim He Yuan, where to obtain the necessary supplies, and how to complete the journey to hear his final prayer.
Before you begin, you must have unlocked Qingzhou and completed the Wandering Tale Closer Than Family, as A Wish of the Heart continues that story. Then, open Exploration and search for the quest under Wandering Tales, Mount Tai, Part 3. Travel to Cloudside Village in the Jadestream Valley area and climb the stone stairs to the food stalls.
Speak with Li Zongyao and Zhang Quan near the establishment to learn about the pilgrim's situation and receive three dry rations. Open your inventory if you need to check that you have the supplies. Then, teleport to Wudafu Pine on Mount Tai and ascend the stone stairs to find He Yuan kneeling. Interact with him and give him a ration of food.
Return to Cloudside Village and speak with Li Zongyao again to report the delivery and continue the story. Then return to Wudafu Pine, climb one more flight of stairs, and find He Yuan in a higher position. Listen to his final prayer and complete the dialogue to finish "A Wish of the Heart."
Once the mission is complete, check its status in the Wandering Tales log. You'll receive Qingzhou exploration rewards, coins, and stored experience. If it doesn't appear in your list, first check that Closer Than Family is marked as completed.
