How to get the Frenzied Flame achievement in Mortis Valor
Travel to the Chapel area in the Fortress of Chapter 09: In Ruins, and proceed through the underground passages. The path leads to the sewer room, where you must use a blue pole to cross.
Next, find the side door and go down the stairs. Follow the path through the hidden rooms until you find another staircase leading down. In the room on the left, you'll see a sword stuck in the floor, surrounded by an extinguished bonfire.
Light the bonfire with the Fire Transmutation
Equip the Fire Transmutation and use it directly on the sword in the center of the bonfire. When the fire ignites, you will unlock the Frenzied Flame achievement/trophy.
Fire Transmutation is obtained during the main story, so you don't need a special upgrade to complete this challenge. Furthermore, you don't need to defeat any bosses or interact with any other objects after lighting the bonfire.
Is Frenetic Flame missable?
Frenzied Flame is not a missable trophy. If you didn't unlock it during your first visit to the Fortress, you can return to the Chapel area later and complete the requirement.

Guide to obtaining the Frenzied Flame of Valor Mortis achievement/trophy, located in the Fortress during Chapter 09: In Ruins. This bronze trophy is unlocked by lighting a hidden bonfire using Fire Transmutation. The objective is to find a sword stuck in the center of an unlit bonfire and ignite it with this ability.
The bonfire is located in a hidden room in the Fortress's underground area, accessible from the lantern in the Chapel. Proceed through the lower passages to the sewer room, where you'll need to use a blue pole to cross. Then, find the side door, go down the stairs, and follow the path to the hidden rooms.
After descending another flight of stairs, you'll find a room on the left with a sword stuck in the floor, surrounded by an unlit bonfire. Equip the Fire Transmutation and use it directly on the sword. When the bonfire ignites, you'll unlock the Frenzied Flame achievement/trophy.
Fire Transmutation is obtained during the main story, so you don't need a special upgrade for this skill to complete the challenge. You also don't need to defeat a boss or interact with any other objects after lighting the bonfire.
