To access the encounter, you must collect the six Remembrance Flowers associated with the Blue Fireflies. Doing so unlocks the hidden path to the Temple of the Blue Fireflies and grants access to the Dusk area.
From the Bell Entrance to the Pit of Broken Puppets, follow the path and descend to the bottom. There begins the battle against Sunset, the Puppeteer, whose defeat directly grants the Puppeteer's Bell.

HOW TO GET THE PUPPETEER'S BELL
First, we must collect the six Remembrance Flowers associated with the Blue Fireflies. This will unlock the hidden path in the Temple of the Blue Fireflies and grant us access to the boss area.
